General Terms
Welcome to FireFly Resort. By making a reservation or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and any other individuals entering the resort premises. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Reservations, Check-in & Check-out
Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for the primary guest at the time of check-in.
Check-in: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and will be charged.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfers. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days will incur a 50% charge. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or for no-shows.
Guest Conduct & Safety
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. Loud music, parties, and unruly behavior are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A significant cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside rooms or non-designated areas.
FireFly Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. We encourage guests to use the in-room safes provided.
Any damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged to the guest's account at the discretion of the management.
