• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. Please inform us in advance to make arrangements.
• A valid government-issued photo identity and address proof must be presented upon check-in.
• FireFly Resort reserves the right to cancel bookings that are found to be fraudulent or result from a mistake or error.
• Gala dinner supplements during Christmas, New Year's, or other festive periods will be charged separately.
• Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Requests outside these hours will be subject to additional charges.

Cancellations are subject to the following retention fees based on the total booking amount:

• 25% retention fee if canceled more than 10 days prior to arrival.
• 50% retention fee if canceled more than 5 days prior to arrival.
• 100% retention fee if canceled within 48 hours of arrival.

Please Note: Any amendments to your reservation will be treated as a cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days.

• Children below 5 years can stay free of charge without an extra bed.
• Children between 5 to 12 years will be charged additionally.
• Children above 12 years will be treated as adults and charged accordingly.

• Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted.
• We adhere to a strict no-smoking policy in rooms and enclosed public areas.
• Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.
